Past Workshops
Monotype One Day Workshops
11-5 pm. $100.00
Spend the day at Sidetime Studio and learn the art of monotype - a painterly way to make original images on the printing press! Monotype is the perfect introduction to the printmaking studio. We’ll learn the basics of printing on an etching press and experiment with different monotype processes. Each session is limited to four participants.This workshop uses non-toxic ink!

For a full refund cancel five days before by emailing booking@sidetimestudio.com
Cancelling less than 5 days before: 50 percent refund or option to reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before: No refund. Option to reschedule your workshop.

Personal Safety: The studio prioritizes the safety and well-being of all individuals present. All participants are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and exercise caution to prevent accidents or injuries.
Training and Education: Proper training and education on studio equipment, tools, and materials will be provided to all participants. It is important to familiarize oneself with the safe and correct use of equipment and materials before engaging in any studio activities.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The use of appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and aprons, is highly recommended. PPE helps mitigate potential hazards and protects against injuries.
Hazardous Materials: Participants must handle chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and instructions provided.
Equipment and Machinery: Studio equipment and machinery should only be operated by trained individuals who have received proper instruction. Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modifications to equipment are strictly prohibited.
Failure to adhere to the studio safety policy may result in suspension of studio privileges or termination of participation. By promoting a culture of safety, we aim to create a secure and productive environment for all individuals involved in ceramic activities.

Sidetime Studio events and workshops may be recorded and photographed for marketing, website, social media, archival and/or other purposes. Such recording or photographing may include pictures of the attendees, individuals at our program or class participants. Your attendance at Sidetime Studio shall be deemed your consent to appear in such programming and/or photographs without compensation or additional approval of any kind. That being said we’ll often ask to take photos before taking them!
